Principles for achieving business goals and exercising corporate responsibility
For around 50 years the fischer group has been one of the leading manufacturers of stainless steel tubes and components. fischer's company principles and guidelines form the basis for the group's long-term value-oriented business management. All employees are required to observe and uphold these principles. In addition to company policy, these are primarily principles for the implementation of corporate responsibility based on the United Nations Global Compact Initiative and guidelines for work organization based on the core conventions of the International Labor Organization. These requirements are supplemented among other things by guidelines on occupational safety and environmental protection. The requirements are communicated internally and implemented by means of appropriate processes.
